Charlie began his recruiting career as a specialized recruiter for CompHealth.  After learning the basics of the business, and realizing success in the industry, he joined a local and growing company, PSI Group.  At PSI he quickly became the top producing recruiter and was promoted into management.  He successfully managed a team of recruiters during a time of high production and explosive growth for PSI. Charlie wanted a new entrepreneurial experience and was brought on board to recruit for an engineering firm looking to break into the Technology field.  In a short time, Charlie was able to use his passion for recruiting to secure placements with many of the area’s most renowned companies.  Charlie is now the Principal Partner of Triple E Partners, and the driving force behind its creation.  His vision of an agency that utilizes experienced IT recruiters, and understands the individual needs of each client has finally become fully realized.  Charlie works diligently to recruit and grow his network of highly skilled IT professionals that his partners can use for their growing client base.

Charlie holds a BA from The Ohio State University and is an avid Buckeye fan.  He lives in Cincinnati with his wife, daughter, and two Weimaraners.

Mike Bausano, Managing Partner, has worn a number of different hats in his tenure within the staffing and consulting industry.  Starting as a recruiter for regional firm, PSI Group, Mike was afforded the opportunity to learn the business from the ground floor, and quickly excelled as a Technical and Creative recruiter.  After several years of success dedicated to recruiting, Mike left PSI to pursue his career on a larger scale with National firm, Robert Half International.  Working for the largest specialized staffing agency in the world as an Account Executive gave him the opportunity to further expand his knowledge of the industry, with a view from one of the major players.  He was quickly promoted to the Division Director of Consulting Services of the Norfolk Virginia market, then again to manage all of Consulting Services in Southern Virginia.  Having been a part of both a growing organization, and one of the largest firms in the world, Mike jumped at the opportunity to join Triple E Partners.  Being a part of an organization that maximizes their clients budget, and truly works to represent the best talent has been a dream of his long past realization.

Mike holds a BA in English from Miami University, with a Minor in Public Administration.
