Earlier, as Account Delivery Manager at Pyramid Consulting, she placed 50K+ tech professionals globally, earning recognition for her ability to identify niche talent and drive workforce diversity.
Ashita holds a Master’s in Economics from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor in Arts from Ramnarain Ruia College. Known for her research-driven approach and client-centric mindset, she excels at resolving hiring challenges, from urgent role fills to long-term workforce planning. Her hybrid background in business development and recruitment enables her to bridge gaps between candidates and employers seamlessly.
